Thoughts Lead to Feelings, a Psychological Truth

When you don’t feel like you can go on, you should know that you always have the power to choose your thoughts, and thoughts are the things that lead to feelings.

You have an amazing amount of power. You have the power to choose your thoughts! When we feel depressed, it may seem as if we don’t have this power, but we still always do.

Thoughts may seem to come from your feelings, as if your feelings were creating them. But this is not true. I believe it is just as easy to choose happy thoughts as it is to choose negative ones. The choice is up to you!
